Webinar software built for today.

Registration, the live room, the offer, the booking and the follow-up sit in one place and share one database. That is the whole reason the booking can be prefilled and the reason a booking can be traced back to the minute of the pitch that earned it.

Booking

The form is in the room, and it is already filled in.

Somebody who walked in from your registration page is already known to us. They get one line, Booking as Ada L. · a•••@g•••.com, and the times underneath. Not a form.

What is in the boxes is what that person typed on that device. The server sends a masked identity and never their stored email or phone, because the link that identifies an attendee can be forwarded. Anything left blank is filled in from their own registration when they confirm.

  • Times shown in the attendee's timezone, detected rather than asked
  • Their number pulled from your CRM when you already hold it, and it says so
  • A number they typed once is remembered on that device, tied to their email
  • Two people cannot take the same slot. The database refuses it

Booking, continued

It is your form, not ours.

Every word, every required field, the extra questions and whether fields appear one at a time or all at once come from your own settings. Questions can point at a CRM field you mapped, so the answer lands on the contact record.

When the details are not finished, the times are locked rather than spinning. A spinner reads as a fault; a lock and one line reads as a next step.

  • Ask the qualifying questions on the booking, not on the call
  • Decide how many days of availability to show up front
  • The operator preview is the same component the attendee sees, so it cannot drift

The chat

Hold a subject without anybody feeling shut down.

Add a word to the held list and any message containing it goes to its sender and to you, marked, and to nobody else. The sender sees their message appear completely normally. No warning, no rejection, no sign anything happened.

That matters more than it sounds. One question about price does not derail a room of sixty, and the person who asked does not feel punished or start again under a second name.

  • Matching ignores case, spacing and letter-for-symbol tricks
  • Links and phone numbers held the same way
  • Slow mode, or hold everything for approval
  • Chat lines you write in advance, fired against the session clock

Tracking

Bookings tied to the second they happened on.

A booking is stored with the offset into the session and how many people were in the room at that moment. That turns your pitch into something you can edit on evidence rather than memory.

Registered, attended, reached the offer, booked, per session and per traffic source, with walk-ins counted separately so your show rate is not quietly flattered.

  • Show rate and book rate by source, not just in total
  • Session against session, so a change has a before and an after
  • Watch history per person, including how far into the session they got
  • It tells you when a percentage came from too small a sample to mean anything

Your CRM

Seven events, pointed wherever you want them.

Registered, attended, reached the offer, booked, no-show, watched the replay, left early. Point each one at a tag, a workflow, a pipeline stage, a sequence or a webhook.

GoHighLevel and Close connect directly, with contacts created, tagged and updated as it happens. More connectors are on the way, and there is a webhook for anything we have not built yet.

  • Credentials are never readable from the browser, only masked hints
  • A log of every call out and what it answered
  • Booking answers written onto the contact as fields you mapped

Live and evergreen are the same webinar.

Run it live on Thursday, turn the recording into the evergreen version on Friday, and cancel a single occurrence without the schedule putting it back next week.

The live studio.

Green room with a device check before anything goes out. Slides, screen share and up to six cameras, with five arrangements and boxes that snap to each other. Questions come to a panel with a bring-on-stage button.

Timed to the picture, not the clock.

The room knows how far behind the presenter the picture is and every timed moment waits for it. Your offer lands when the audience sees you make it, not fifteen seconds early. With no timing data it holds rather than firing early.

Evergreen that behaves.

Weekly, one-off, or a new session every fifteen minutes so somebody arriving now starts in five. Simulated viewer counts and scarcity are off by default and yours to turn on.

Replays per person.

Each registrant gets their own replay link with its own window, rather than one public replay page that lives forever. Watch time comes back into the funnel.

Walk-ins.

Somebody who lands on the room without registering is asked who they are before they get in, so an attendee you would otherwise have lost is a contact in your CRM.

Built for a full room.

Attendees watch a broadcast player, not a peer connection, and the room's own reads are cached and shared. It has been load-tested at a thousand in the room.

Scope

This is not a CRM.

It plugs into the one you already run. We focus on webinars, and we do webinars very, very well.

Why we can guarantee the number

We are on the hook for the bookings, not the streaming.

Anyone can put video on a page. What moves revenue is the ninety seconds after you make the ask, and that is the part we own. We agree your baseline, run the program with you, and guarantee 10 more bookings per 100 attendees. Miss it and you don't pay.
